Annaliese Hemsley qualified as a solicitor at the London office of a large US law firm in 2002 and spent seven years working on insurance, reinsurance and general commercial disputes. In 2009, Annaliese moved in-house to Top 10 FTSE 100 company British American Tobacco, managing the strategy for a wide range of complex and high-value litigation in multiple jurisdictions, including both defence and claimant work.
Annaliese works on a range of matters at Wynterhill including insurance policy coverage disputes, professional negligence and commercial disputes. She is experienced in pre-action work, litigation and arbitration.
