Matthew Greenberg is a dispute resolution solicitor with over 30 years’ experience, specialising in insurance and professional negligence disputes.
Matthew has extensive experience advising on insurance policy coverage, acting in coverage disputes and drafting and updating of insurance policy wordings. He acts for policyholders in disputes with insurers and advises on a range of complex coverage issues.
Matthew also has substantial experience of professional negligence claims. He has acted in claims involving a wide range of professionals, including solicitors, insurance brokers, accountants, architects and surveyors. His experience includes many years acting for professional defendants as well as acting latterly for claimants, giving him insight into the approach taken on both sides of professional negligence disputes.
Matthew is a CEDR-accredited mediator and spent several years mediating a wide range of commercial disputes. His mediation experience informs his approach to negotiation and the resolution of disputes.
