- Represented a large number of private individuals (investors) in group actions brought against their solicitor for negligent advice provided in the purchase of units in fractional sales investment schemes.
- Represented private individuals in a successful professional negligence claim brought against a loss assessor who negligently advised the claimants about their insurance claim which caused an Insurer to wrongly allege fraud.
- Represented private individuals in a negligence claim against a firm of surveyors following a survey which failed to identify a house that was at risk of collapse.
- Represented private individuals in a successful claim against a well-known high end estate agency following allegations of misrepresentation in the sale particulars.
- Represented a residential management company and its directors in a negligence claim against its property manager and insurance broker following a serious fire and related insurance dispute that resulted in allegations of breach of fair presentation and underinsurance.
